After boiling eggs, put them back in the carton and mark each with a happy face so that you know at a glance which ones are cooked and which are not. It makes for easy storage and kind of gives you a happy start to your healthy eating too!

Grab a couple large sweet potatoes ,wash dry and pierce deeply with a fork...Place in microwave for about 11-12 minutes.. Use hot pad to see if they are done...Open add a bit of low fat imitation butter.

Keep a plastic container in your freezer with a large pourable spout. Fill this with frozen blueberries...These can be kept on hand for your morning smooties... Just add yogurt,low fat milk,flax seed and banana..Yummm*

Quick and Healthy side dish

When you buy bell peppers in the store ..come home and immediately wash and cut them up into quarters.. For dinner shake these out onto your cookie sheet while cooking crescent rolls,texas toast etc,.They are super sweet and healthy*
