no more garden weeding

I start saving cardboard, now, for spring time planting. As soon as the sprouts begin to show, I lay cardboard in between the rows of vegies. Placed neatly, there is hardly any having to weed the garden at all. The cardboard disintegrates over he winter, adding moisture to my rock hard soil. Every year the soil gets a little softer.

waxing my floor

I may be a little old fashioned, but, still at age 55, I like to do my floors by hand. When waxing, after a few squirts, I ring the wax out of the rag onto the next section, and sometimes keep ringing the same rag out. I only dip it in the water 2 times. It saves on the expense of buying more floor wax all the time.

being safe in cold weather

Winter's here and you never know if something may happen to your car. Our car is older, and I don't take a chance if the car should break down. So, in our car and in my daughter's, hats scarves and gloves are at our convenience if something should happen. Better safe than sorry!

Grill Cover

Instead of buying an expensive cover for the outside grill, I buy a inexpensive plastic shower curtain. I start by stapling the sides together, length wise, put duck tape over the staples. Turn inside out and you have your cover for your grill.

Baby

Scott tissue is great for babies bottoms. Wash cloths are too rough. With the extra strength, it does the job, and keeps the baby fresh and happy.

Its Worth It To Buy The Best

You may or may not pay a dollar more on Scott toilet paper, but I want a superior product that does not effect or clog my septic system. This is the thickest toilet paper around and it does the job. The rolls are big, they last longer and still they are so gentle. They are great with those little make up blunders, and they don't get soggy. Scott is the best.

Absorbing The Grease

When I make hamburgers on the grill or stove, before I serve them to my family, I absorb the grease with Scotts paper towels.

Decorating For Wedding Car

I've decorated quite a few wedding cars. My favorite things to use are the SCOTT® products. For the pom-poms, fold the paper over and over again and tie a small piece of string in the middle. Pull out the napkin and with the tie in the middle, start pulling out the corner until it forms a pom-pom.
