Removing urine odor

If you have children's bedding or clothing that wreaks of urine and you can't get the smell out, add a cup of vinegar to your laundry detergent and into the washing machine with the soiled material. I did this as a last resort and worked better than anything!

Easy trash bag removal

To make it easier to remove full trash bags from your kitchen trash can, drill small holes along the long sides of the trash can, a few inches apart and a few inches from the bottom of the can. This makes it easier to remove the trash bag it gets a little too full, and helps when your kids are taking the trash out.
