Removing Ink

If you find that you have an ink mark on your clothes, all you have to do is be sure to spray the area with hairspray until you can "see" the ink coming off; do this just before you wash the item. I used to work at a copy place, so I know for a fact that this works. It doesn't matter what kind of hairspray.

Keeping Focused

If you or your children have trouble keeping focused, try using either spearmint gum or mints. The oils from the spearmint will help keep you focused and all you need is the smell of it. This is a good way to avoid prescription drugs as well.

Homework Hassles

When your little one has a hard time doing their homework...discuss with them how much homework they have for the night and reward them with some playtime and a healthy snack. Playtime should be something they love to do and should not be longer than 15-20 minutes per subject, and you will find that they concentrate better on the homework longer and longer as the days go by. This works especially well with children that have ADD and ADHD, but others will benefit from it as well. It saves arguments and keeps peace in the family at homework time.

Hard Boiled Eggs

To make it easier to peel hard boiled eggs, especially fresh ones, use a thumbtack to poke a hole in the end before boiling.

The Cleaner the Better

Buy baby wipes at the dollar store. Place in bathroom for personal use/baby. Take a few or more and place into a ziplock bag and put in your car. You can use to wipe your interior down quickly, wipe your hands, and even after checking your oil.
