Tissue Roll Napkin Rings

I make napkin rings out of SCOTT® Tissue and Towel rolls. Cut the rolls at 2-inch intervals, cover with felt or other material, and decorate with glitter, jewels or whatever you choose to match your decor. They can make great gifts!

This will be OK made with paper towel rolls, but not tissue rolls. It has been proven that empty tissue rolls usually contain fecal material.
