After cooking rice according to the package directions, remove the pot from heat, place a SCOTT® Towel on top of the pot and cover. In ten minutes, remove the cover and paper towel and fluff the rice. The SCOTT Towel absorbs the excess moisture, and you will have perfect rice all the time.
