I haven't found this to work. The skin just soaks the paper towel and causes it to shred. Not to mention that skin does not come off easily when the chicken is raw, you have to have a knife to help out. That trick might work ok once the chicken is cooked.
I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS AND NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT SHARING THE IDEA.
