Less to clean

Instead of throwing rice at a wedding give guests little packets of bird seed. Instead of cleaning it up you can let the birds and squirrels clean it up for you.

Carpet stains

Club Soda gets stains out of carpets really well - eg. wine, when your dog vomits on the carpet. Pour the club soda on the stain and let it sit for a few seconds, then soak up using pressure.

Cat Odors

Did your pet cat have an "accident" on clothing or blankets? Urine smells don't wash out easily, but adding a small amount of White Vinegar(about 1/4 to 1/2 cup works well) to your washer when it is filling with water eliminates that nasty odor.

Pet Cleaning

I wipe the dog's paws with Scott Tissue after she has been out on the wet grass and before letting her in the house.

Irish Spring

My dog got sprayed by a skunk, we tried everything to get rid of the smell but nothing worked. I had heard that Irish Spring works for fleas so I tried washing the dog with it, and finally no more smell.

Dog hair

To get dog hair off of carpet or rugs spray with fabric softner in a 5 to 1 ratio. Let dry and vacuum and be amazed at the amount of hair you got.
