No Blister with Minor Burns
To ease the blistering and burn of a minor burn from touching a hot surface such as the rack in the oven, hitting side of hot iron, put vanilla flavoring on it. This will pull the burn sting out and keep from blistering. However, don't do this for more severe burns.

Germ Free Rubber Gloves
When I buy a new pair of rubber gloves to do the dishes with, I always turn them inside out and wash them first. I dry them thoroughly then turn them right side out again. I always wash my hands first, before putting them on. That way no germs can be transfered back and forth. Can you imagine all those germs lurking in thoes dark gloves?

Moles in yard
For each mole hole buy some pepperment oil and soak in a cottonball and put into the hole. Moles hate the smell and it actually makes them sick then they go away.

Keeping Focused
If you or your children have trouble keeping focused, try using either spearmint gum or mints. The oils from the spearmint will help keep you focused and all you need is the smell of it. This is a good way to avoid prescription drugs as well.

To get rid of fruit bugs.
To get rid of those pesky fruit bugs in your kitchen. Pour 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar in a small bowl with a couple drops of dish soap. Blend well. In a few days you'll be amazed of all the dead bugs you've captured.

Get Rid of Ants
Put small piles of cornmeal where you see ants. They eat it, take it 'home,' can'tdigest it so it kills them. It may take a week or so, especially if it rains, but it works and you don't have the worry about pets or small children being harmed!
