Soaking up the Grease

I want to keep my family healthy. When making burgers, bacon or anything that contains grease, SCOTT Towels are the best. They soak up the grease and hold it without breaking or shredding. You can even use the same towel to wipe out the pan after you are finished draining your food. That's a solid paper towel!

Medicine Info. Always Handy

Every time we have to go to the doctor or hospital, we are asked for our current medications. Try making a list of meds with the RX#, name, dosage, when last refilled and when refill is due. Every month, update the list. I carry a copy with me and give it to whomever needs it. It saves so much time and, boy, the doctors and nurses are so grateful!

Keep Your Toothbrush Clean

Once a week, soak your toothbrush in a mixture of part water and part vinegar overnight. It will keep germs away. Don't forget to change the brush at least every 3 months.

Avoid Germs

When you visit an exercise facility or a health club, and you wipe down the weight-lifting or other machine after use, don't throw away that small paper towel. Use it in your hand when you open a door on the way out, then throw it away in a trash can outside the club.

In the Kitchen

I believe that "air drying" your dishes is healthier than drying them with a dish towel that could contain germs. It saves time too!

Sanitizing Sponges

Make your kitchen sponges last longer by sanitizing them from time to time. I take the sponges, wet them with water and put dish soap on them, then I put them into my microwave for 4 minutes. Let them cool before touching them. Then, the germs are gone, and I can reuse them.

SCOTT in the Bathroom

I put a SCOTT® Towel roll dispenser in my bathroom. It's great for when I have cookouts or get-togethers, because everyone isn't sharing germs by using the same cloth towel.

Good Hygiene

I placed paper towel dispensers with SCOTT Towels in the bathrooms. It cuts down on laundry and helps prevent spreading germs. It's good practice for small children to get in the habit of washing their hands, but be sure that they dispose of the towels properly.
