End of Summer CANNING FETIVAL

When canning tomatoes at the end of summer, be sure to keep a roll or two of Scott Towels handy. Wash and dry your tomatoes with clean Scott Towels. When preparing your canning jars and after ladeling sauce into jars, use a clean Scott towel to circle the rims and edges of the can to make sure they're dry.

Baking Soda Helps Heal Diaper Rash

If your baby has a diaper rash, try adding some baking soda to her bath water. It corrects the pH of the water, and helps baby's bottom heal more quickly. It's good for irritated skin on older children, too. And it's safe -- our pediatrician told us about this when our baby had a particularly stubborn diaper rash. It really did help!
