Divide and Conquer

When re-heating a main dish and vegetables on a plate, roll up a SCOTT® Towel and place it between the vegetables and the main dish. This will keep the vegetable juices from getting to your meat or casserole.

Random Dryer Sheets

Saving the Last of the Lipstick

When your lipstick gets too far down in the tube to use on the lips, use a cotton swab to get the last out and use as a creme blush. It's already a color you know you like, and you don't want it to go to waste.

Reclosing Frozen Food Bags

If your frozen food bag does not have one of the new zipper closers, roll down the bag to get as much air out as possible then use a couple of clothespins or a couple of rubber bands to keep it closed. You'll avoid freezer burn on your food that way.

Dusty Plastic Flowers

To keep dust from building up on newly purchased plastic flowers, purchase the cheapest can of aerosol hair spray (non-oily), and spray it on your plastic flowers. This provides a nice protective coating while repelling dust. Then you can blow-dry your plastic flower arrangement and dust lifts right off.

Itchy after a Hair Cut?

Try taking a lint roller with you when you go for a haircut. Just use it on your skin and both the inside and outside of your collar after the cut. Then you won't feel the need to go home to shower and ruin the style -- that itchy feeling from the hair pieces that filter down your neckline will be gone!
