Using SCOTT Cardboard Rolls
Instead of throwing away the cardboard rolls from SCOTT toilet tissue and paper towels, I use them for extension cord holders. Just fold the extension cord several times and place it inside the cardboard roll. Your extension cords are neat and can be stored more easily.

Organize jewelry
I love jewerly -- and to keep my jewelry organized and away from other pieces, I put each piece in teh smallest clear baggie I can find. It's great for traveling too, you can see each piece you brought with and keep it organized.

Travel Size
In my overnight travel bag, I keep items such as cotton swabs, floss, pantyliners, and pocket-size tissue packs, in small zip-close bags. This way, I don't have to re-pack these items for each trip.

Packing for Kids
When packing for a trip with small children, place each outfit (including underwear and socks) in a gallon-size plastic bag. Each day, they only need to pick out a bag, and everything that goes together is ready to wear. Place dirty clothes back in the bag for the return trip so nothing gets lost.

Travel helper
I use a clear plastic zippered bag that you get when you purchase linens etc as a trip organizer. I put in maps, pens, paper, pen light and toll money. Easy to see and all right in one place. Fits under seat console for ease and convenience.

Packing for Travel
Use plastic bags for pj's, undergarments, socks/hosiery, etc. Press the air out before sealing it, so it takes up less space in your luggage. This keeps airport checkers from handling your personal items, plus it makes it easy to unpack at your hotel.

Errands
I made index cards for all my regular errand stops (post office, pharmacy, dry cleaner, etc.) If I need to remember to stop at the pharmacy on my way home from work, I just put the pharmacy index card on my dashboard to remind me.

Pack Lightly
When you travel and have limited space or number of bags, put things like face moisturizer and cleanser in old contact lens cases. They take up less space than travel-size or full-size bottle and tubes.
