We use the bathroom mirror for lists and reminders. It's one big dry erase board! We keep a dry erase marker in the bathroom and use to make notes for each other and to-do lists. And when all is said and done, it wipes clean!
When you have to clean your house, use two Boxes, 1 for Keeps, 1 for Donation and 1 for Trash. All you have to do is put boxes either on the curb or in the car to take to the donation station. Go through the Keep box and put the stuff in its proper place. It helps to keep yourself organized.
When traveling, put your rolled up pair of socks in your shoes to save on space.

Use an empty Kleenex box to store old grocery bags in. They squish down inside nicely and then you can pull them out one by one. This is how we keep them in the cupboard without having loose bags everywhere.
When you buy fast food, ask for ketchup and save the packets you didn't use. Put them in a zip-loc bag as you go. When you go out to the park or beach or even camping, you don't have to bring your huge ketchup bottle from your house or buy a small one, just bring the ketchup packets you have been saving. You can also do this with BBQ sauce, hot sauce, mayo, and many other packets. Saves money, space, and it's easy to do.
Wrap extension cords up and insert into empty papertowel roll. Write on the outside with magic marker so that you know what is stored inside.
After using up the Cottonelle or SCOTT Wipes dispenser that had wet tissues in it you could clean it out. It has a whole in the top to pull tissues thru it so you could put some tissues in it to put next to your night stand.
