Back in the 1960's Scott offered an upright napkin holder that held a full pack of about 200 napkins. It was a very sturdy plastic and I kept it until I lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. Does anybody out there know what I am referencing? I think this would be a great space saver. A lady in Manasha, WI came close with her idea. I guess I am asking Kimberly-Clark if they would have one I could purchase or if they would be repeating the offer. I do not like to fold napkins and nobody has ever made a better napkin holder. Anybody have an idea? I await a reply.
When going to a public beach or National Park always bring along a flattened partial toilet paper roll for your purse or pocket...these places often have none...I found out after a recent trip!
Be sure to request an airline blanket as soon as you board the plane....many airline seats are just awful...and your tush is numb after 5 hours of flight.... Leave the blanket in its bag folded and use as a seat cushion....A life saver!
Add a couple folded plastic bags to your suit case when traveling..these can be used for dirty laundry until your return or until you can get to a laundry!
Don't forget when traveling out of state, that many contain toll roads...be sure to pack a roll of quarters for the toll booths.
Attach a safety pin to your key ring and it will always be available when you need it in a pinch.
When packing delicate items for a move, wrap them in as many Scott paper towels as needed for protection. When you arrive at your new destination and upack, you will have all your items safe and secure. As you unpack, you will have a supply of towels to clean with as you settle in. This works better than using newspaper because the paper towels "hug" the items better and there is no messy newsprint. I also use this method when I put items in storage in my attic or basement.
Save your SCOTT toilet paper rolls & SCOTT paper towel rolls when empty & use them to put your extension cords in. This keeps them neat & untangled.
