Instead of paying the expesive salon fee to have facial hair removed via waxing; use generic wax or foam, it works just as well if not better. One bottle will last it seems like forever.
After you dry your clean hands on a Scott® paper towel, while it’s still damp, use it to clean something or dust off an appliance.
My husband & I travel to beach for weekends several times a year; to cut cost, I have a cooler in the truck, which has knives, spoons, coffee condiments, few dishes & my old frying pan, Since sometimes we get a room without fridge I have cooler which I fill w/ice and put in things like cold cuts, hamburger meat & milk. We go to the store get items and fix meals for breakfast & lunch then splurge for supper. That way we can order the lobster w/out guilt.
When planning shopping trip I take all sales Ads, since my store matches other's prices I circle the item with a big marker and pull all coupons and clip to my shopping list so they're handy. I also take coupon holder with me so I find a coupon if I find a good sale and I got the coupons. I divide my coupon by type and then by products, (Shelves Goods/Condiments) that way I dont make others in line wait for me and what I save is found money.
The coupons wont save you money if you dont remember to use them. So I got a nylon coupon holder & using the labeled divers that came with it to sort, I took envelopes used them to divde even more (Health Beauty *HBA* with envelope for shaving that held all shaving items from razors, shaving cream, etc; HAIR included, shampoo, conditioner, styling product. I found that doing that I grab them fast if Im in line w/out holding up the line.
When milk is on sale, buy extra and freeze it. It turns a yucky green, but when thawed out is just as fresh and white as the day you bought it. Half gallon sizes are better but gallon sizes can be used also.
When one of my Kleenex Wedges (orange) was empty, I cut the slot down to the bottom and folded in the pieces then filled it with Scott Napkins to make a great looking summery Napkin holder for my 4th of July Party.
Everyone know that wrapping lettuce in Scott Towels will increase freshness, but go one step further. When you buy a head of Iceberg lettuce, immediately cut the head in half. Discard bottom core and any brown areas. Throw away tight inner leaves that are usually yellow and bitter. The lettuce is now easier to pull the leaves off intact. Keep lettuce in air-tight container covered in Scott Paper Towels.
