Save on little cheaper meat cuts

We all have to budget now days, so I buy that little cheaper cut of meat and buy a kiwi. I cut the kiwi in thin slices and lay it on the meat for about 2 minutes if it is a thick cut. Then cook as you would, and enjoy this nice tender piece of meat. This also works on wild meat.

Digital Camera

A digital camera is wonderful. They pay for themselves in ONE vacation. I took almost 500 pictures on our trip to Alaska to visit our kids, and was able to pick the best ones to print when I got home.

waxing my floor

I may be a little old fashioned, but, still at age 55, I like to do my floors by hand. When waxing, after a few squirts, I ring the wax out of the rag onto the next section, and sometimes keep ringing the same rag out. I only dip it in the water 2 times. It saves on the expense of buying more floor wax all the time.

Pain-free gardening

I've always looked at those kneeling benches that are sold with gardening supplies, but I never wanted to spend the money on something I would only use a few times each year. Last spring, my youngest child decided that he was a big boy and tall enough to sit at our table without using his cushy, comfy booster seat. I was just about to put the booster seat into our garage sale box, when I realized it would make a perfect kneeling cushion for gardening. My knees don't hurt now and I feel good about making the most of a past purchase!

razor

I take a coffe cup with 1 inch of cooking oil in it and when I am done shaving, I put the razor in the oil; my razor lasts twice as long
