Digital Camera

A digital camera is wonderful. They pay for themselves in ONE vacation. I took almost 500 pictures on our trip to Alaska to visit our kids, and was able to pick the best ones to print when I got home.

Longer Lasting Paper Towels

Lot's of the ladies that I've come in contact with say they think paper towels are to expensive. They say their kids don't even use them completely. I suggested cut your sheet of paper towel in four pieces and give them only one piece at a time. They were pleased to find out the roll of paper towels lasts long and does not cost a lot after all.

Left over Halloween Candy

Left over Halloween Candy makes great Christmas Gingerbread House decorations. A great way to use the uneaten candy and let the kids use their imaginations!

Plastic clothespins Uses

When ever you need to close a bag of chips or food you opened but do not use the whole package. Take a Plastic clothespin and use it instead of a Chip clip. You not only get more clothespins per package for less money, they even clip better! You get any where from 12 to 20 or 40 per bag. Cheaper than buying Chip clips! Some are so pretty you can use them to hold back curtains so you can get sun into any room. I even use them to hold plants on a stick. So clip a bag or a curtain or use them to hold your coupons when you go shopping, or when you want to keep papers from cluttering a desk, clip it with a clothes pin. Makes a great conversation piece too. Or use them to clip mittens or boots together with their mates. Inexpensive and effective!
