How can i get my bath towels to smell good? I've cleaned them twice back to back, tried the most expensive detergents and fabric softners! I feel like they have a "sour" smell. Unfortuanetly I don't have any extra money to go out and buy all new towels. Ladies, HELP me please!!!
I am having a problem with my 2 cats peeing on my rugs. I keep the litter box clean, but some times they prefer to go on a rug! I need to get the smell gone so they don't repeat this. I've tried baking soda mixed with corn starch to get rid of the smell; I've tried vinegar, but nothing takes all the smell away. HELP!
Yesterday, I reached for my coffee mug which I keep on top of my coffeemaker so it gets warmed by the steam as the coffee brews. The cup was clean. The coffeemaker is fairly new (2weeks). To my dismay, I was appalled to see a large live cockroach inside the bottom of my cup. I have lived in my mobile home 21/2 yrs though it is 26yrs old. I keep it clean though my adult nephew who is staying with me temporarily does have a habit of leaving dirty dishes in the sink after I have gone to bed. I did not see and have never seen any other roaches. Any suggestions? Ideas? I live in KY and it is a warm climate but I don't think roaches are a problem here like FL or LA.

Anyone have any thoughts on removing pet smells from a house? We recently bought a new home and the previous owner had two big dogs that also lived inside. We had the carpets cleaned and I still feel like I smell wet dog. Any ideas would be great! Thank you!
