Help! I have four sons and I like to keep a clean house, but It's so hard with them. They have so many clothes it's hard for me to get the house organized. It is starting to frustrate me! Any suggestions?

I recently moved in to a house and just last week noticed mold growing on my sofa. I was told it was perhaps due to a leak from the water heater that leaked into the floor and under the house, and that it has not had time to dry out under there due to all the rain we have been having. Are there any suggestion on how to clean my sofa? It's a microfiber type fabric.
